We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, and Saturday by appointment only. Our Internet Web site is open 24 hours a day.

PRODUCT PRICING:

We work very hard to maintain low prices, however Deeds Performance has no control over any unforeseen price or market changes. Deeds Performance reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Deeds Performance will not be held liable for any misquoted prices prior to shipping.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

We accept only the following forms of payment for all Internet orders:

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal
CHECKS: Cashiers Checks and Money Orders ( PERSONAL checks must clear prior to shipping)
NO COD ORDERS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED

METHODS OF SHIPPING:

All Internet orders shipped inside the continental United States weighing 100lbs or less will be shipped via UPS Ground service. UPS will only deliver packages to a physical address and will not deliver to any kind of PO BOX, FPO, or APO address. Credit and debit card orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit or debit cardholder. All credit and debit card information is fully verified for proper billing and cardholder information prior to shipping for security purposes. Orders over $100 in value must be signed in person at the time of delivery!

SHIPPING RATES (48 STATES):

Customers are responsible for actual shipping costs, and for your convenience we insure all packages to their replacement value.

SHIPPING TO ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING:

If you wish to ship to an address OTHER than the billing address, and are not completing your order online, we require you to fax a photo copy of your credit card and driver's license to our fax line at (901) 234-7714. On the cover page, write the CC#, expiration date, and name/address information (both billing and shipping addresses) to ensure accuracy in our processing.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

All products are shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and methods. Any visible or hidden damage to the package you receive should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling their customer service number for claims. It is imperative that a claim be innitiated immediately following receipt of the package from Deeds. Make sure to keep all shipping cartons and packing contents so the carrier can inspect the package based on you claims. The customer must hold the packaging material until the claim has been approved by the carrier(typically 5-7 days). Failure to comply may result in a lengthy investigation and/or failure to approve the claim. DO NOT ship back damaged goods without prior authorization, as they will not be returnable. Replacement items will be sent in the same manner they were originally shipped (ground, 3 day, 2 day or overnight) once the claim has been approved or as soon as the customer purchases an additional replacement item. Expidited shipping is available at the purchasers expense. Customers will be eligable for a credit, as soon as the claim has been approved or the damaged item(s) has been returned. If you have any questions regarding our damaged goods policy and product replacement, contact Deeds immediately.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER: (order which has not shipped yet)

If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order or custom order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the order being manufactured, assembled, built or shipped. If a customer cancels an order after the product has been shipped, manufactured or assembled (if special order), the customer is subject our re-stocking fee policies. If the order has not shipped, been manufactured or assembled a 100% refund will apply.

RETURNING OF ORDER: (order which has shipped)

Deeds Performance will charge a 25% restocking fee for ANY and ALL returned items, if returned within 30 days from receiving the item(s). Only incorrectly shipped items will be returned without a restocking fee. Items held longer then 30 days are NOT returnable. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ELECTRICAL/ SPECIAL ORDER / SALE / OR NON - STOCKING PARTS. All return shipping services are to be arranged and prepaid by the customer, regardless of the reason for return. (ie. broken parts, wrong parts, parts that don't fit, ordering of incorrect part, etc) PLease include a copy of your invoice with your return and a reason for returning the item(s)

REFUNDS:

All approved refunds will be paid either by company check, credit card or account credit to be done solely by the Deeds Performance staff.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

All special order items will be charged a 50% deposit at time of order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Deeds Performance cannot and will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom built items. It is the customer's responsibility at the time of ordering a special order to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that - APPROXIMATE.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

All merchandise distributed by Deeds Performance is subject to the manufacturers' warranties only (if any). All high performance, racing, special order, or custom-made parts are sold "as is" without any type of warranty, expressed, written, implied, or assumed. It is the responsibility of the customer and not Deeds Performance to verify product warranty (if any) with the manufactor. No labor inconvenience or damage charges are included in any guarantee or warranty claims.

LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD:

All parts and products sold by Deeds Performance are intended for off road racing vehicles which are never to be driven on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers, as well as race sanctioning bodies before ordering any products from Deeds Performance.

INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS:

Deeds Performance strongly recommends that a trained professional install all parts. Improper installation of any part may void the warranty (if any) and cause injury or death. Deeds Performance will NOT be held liable for any labor inconviniences. PERIOD.

Racing Engines: Due to the intended nature, no guarantees of any kind are expressed, written, implied, or assumed on our performance engines. Balances are to be paid in cash unless otherwise specified by management.

RIGHT OF SERVICE:

Deeds Performance reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason without explanation if we feel this is in the best interest on Deeds Performance as a company and its customer base as a whole.
